Online Television Broadcasting Agreement

This agreement is between WOTG Media Ministries and the participating broadcaster or content creator.

You confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that you have permission to use all names, people, messages, and content provided.

Service Interruptions

Although we make every reasonable effort to air each program at its scheduled time, occasional internet, network, technical, or service-provider problems may cause an interruption or loss of airtime.

If a paid program cannot be aired as scheduled because of such an interruption, WOTG Media Ministries will reschedule the affected episode at no additional charge, ensuring the broadcaster receives the airtime for which payment was made.

Right to Discontinue Service

WOTG Media Ministries reserves the right to discontinue its relationship with any broadcaster or content creator at its discretion. Before service is concluded, WOTG Media Ministries will air all episodes for which payment has been received.

For early cancelations, if you do not send in new recordings until your purchase package has been completed, we will use the rest of your airtime with reruns, until your airtime package has been completed. No Refunds.

By submitting programming for broadcast or streaming, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all video, music, images, trademarks, and other content included. You grant WOTG Media Ministries a non-exclusive license to air, stream, promote, and display your submitted content during the agreed programming period. You agree to release and hold harmless WOTG Media Ministries, its owners, staff, affiliates, and streaming partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the website, submitted content, its use, or its broadcast, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Radio Advertising Agreement

This agreement is between WOTG Media Ministries and the the Sponsoring Advertiser.

By completing this purchase, you authorize WOTG Media Ministries to record and air your 30 or 60 second radio advertisement during the selected advertising time period. You confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that you have permission to use all names, messages, and content provided.

Advertising will be scheduled after payment and approval of the recorded ad. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee. WOTG Media Ministries reserves the right to decline or remove advertising content that does not align with our standards. All advertising purchases are non-refundable once recording or scheduling has begun.

By completing your purchase, you agree to release and hold harmless WOTG Media Ministries, its owners, staff, affiliates, and radio partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the website, content, recording, scheduling, or airing of your advertisement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
